parasol diaper review

my personal opinion on parasol vs honest co AND a parasol diaper promo code here just for y'all….

so! we got our first shipment of parasol diapers about 2 weeks ago. i'll be the first to admit, i love to have the first of new products. i want stuff before everyone has it. parasol is a brand new company with amazing diaper prints and thats what first drew me to them. plus look at their GORG branding. we have been doing honest company diaper bundles for almost 3 years now and i was ready for a change. (p.s. trying to call and cancel is the equivalent to calling and canceling comcast)

They're roughly the same pricing ($80-$85) for the same amount of products but parasol does have an option for a diaper bundle without wipes ($70.) i wouldn't suggest it thought because i LOVE their wipes.

while i loved not having elmo or mickey or any other character on our diapers, the truth is… our honest company diapers almost always leaked at night. they recently came out with overnight diapers, which leaked less, but i felt like all their diapers should be able to last all day or all night. i shouldn't need a separate diaper for that. thats too much work and an even bigger pain when you are packing to go out of town. the other thing i always hated was the honest company's travel wipes. 10 wipes per pack. with 3 kids 2 and under… that might last for 1.5 days out and about. and i definitely don't want the weight in my diaper bag of the big 72 wipe packs. while i am talking about weight in my diaper bag, diapers for 3 kids takes up tons of room. i covet the nights out with my babe where i can take just a regular purse out that doesn't include sippy cups, bibs, diapers, or wipes….

enter parasol. with similar price point, i was ready to try something new. like honest co, they are also eco friendly. their patterns are awesome. they are SOFT…YALL.. LIKE SOFT. i never knew a disposable diaper could be soft. if you have used honest co overnight diapers, they are as thin as those (which i also love because they don't take up as much room in my diaper bag.) BONUS POINTS for the fact that one diaper is used for both day and night…. AND i have not had a single leak yet! my favorite thing about the diaper subscription though is the travel wipes. they're the PERFECT amount. 20 wipes. not 10, not 72…TWENTY. The wipes are awesome too. Similar to honest co with the little circle "scrubbers" ha! but again, softer than honest co.
